Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your My Orders page when logged in.
Most orders ship from China via China Post (EUB): 15 – 30 business days.
UK warehouse (when available): 3 – 7 business days (UK only).

Most orders are duty-free! For the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, low-value parcels (under £135 / A$1000 / C$150) are generally exempt from customs duties.
In the UK, orders under £135 are exempt from customs duties, though VAT may still apply (handled by the courier in some cases). For Australia and Canada, most of our parcels fall well below the duty-free thresholds, so you typically won't need to pay anything extra.
Note: In rare cases, customs may still charge fees at their discretion. If this happens, we'll work with you to resolve it. Contact us if you have questions.
We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards (via LianLian Global). All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
All prices are listed in GBP. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees at checkout.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.
